Note: This RS-232 cable connects a Cisco Catalyst 2800 series switch with a DB9 male interface to a DCE device with a DB25 female interface, such as an asynchronous modem. Most applications require a PVC jacket. Stonewall also offers a plenum rated jacket and a Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) jacket. See Jacket Types sidebar for more information.
