Note: If both legs are to be the same length, you may skip this step. If the legs are to be different lengths, the following specifications will be used:
  • Length will be the length of the longer leg.
  • P2 will specify the connector on the longer leg.
  • P3 will specify the connector on the shorter leg.

The “Y” cable legs exit the DB37 male Common backshell and are jointlyRS-449 "Y" Cable; DB37F / 2xDB37 covered for the first three inches for extra strain relief. Please note this when determining a length for your application. For variable length legs, the price is calculated based on the longer leg. “Y” cables shorter than four feet are non-returnable.
