Note: This encryption cable connects a KIV-7M Black device with a VHDCI68 female interface to a PSC-5 auxiliary port with a Circular 37 style interface. This cable is for applications where the KIV-7M Black is set to RS-232 mode. The Circular 37 connector and strain relief are built to military specifications. Most applications require a PVC jacket. Stonewall also offers a plenum rated jacket and a Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) jacket. See Jacket Types sidebar for more information.

KIV-7 applications require two cables: a "Red" (unencrypted) interface cable and a "Black" (encrypted) interface cable. See KIV-7M Red Encryption Cables.
