Our customers are resellers, distributors, government organizations, businesses and individuals. All customers receive free technical support before, during and after the purchase.
The web site is available 24/7/365. Office hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 AM to 5 PM US Eastern Standard time. After hours you may leave a voice message and your call will be returned the next business day.

All transactions are in U.S. dollars. Domestic orders are shipped FOB, Rumney, NH 03266-3548. International orders are shipped EX WORKS Rumney, NH 03266-3548. We reserve the right to adjust prices. In the event of an inconsistency, notification will be made prior to shipment.
Online purchases may be made with a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover), Purchase Order / Net 30 Terms (upon approval), Wire Transfer or COD. Credit cards, company checks, prepaid, COD's, electronic transfers, cash, and Net 30 (upon approval) are available for all other types of purchases.
Note: Wire / Electronic transfer should be used for all orders with a total greater than $250, being billed to an address outside the United States or Canada, by non-US military customers.
Wire Transfer / Electronic Transfer
As the buyer you shall be responsible for all wire transfer fees. Our account must receive the total amount shown for the order to be released. This includes the cost of the merchandise, any applicable shipping charges, and a $40.00 handling fee. Please be sure to discover and pay all charges so that your order will not be delayed.

Quantities / Minimum
There are no quantity or dollar value minimums for any purchase. If making an on-line purchase of a quantity of 1000 or more the on-line purchase will have to be done as multiple orders.
Most orders will ship within 24 hours. Shipping is done via UPS, Fed-Ex, and USPS. FedEx International must be shipped on a FedEx account. Notification of scheduled ship date is sent via e-mail.
Before sending a product back you must first obtain an RMA number. Acceptance of return is at the discretion of Stonewall Cable, Inc. Custom products may be non-returnable or subject to a restocking fee of up to 30 percent.
We want you to be completely satisfied. All of our standard products come with a 30-day money back guarantee. Custom products may be non-returnable or subject to a restocking fee of up to 30 percent. For the life of the product, if a manufacturing defect is in evidence it may be returned for repair. For products not manufactured by Stonewall, the manufacturer's warranty is passed through to the end-user. No further liability, beyond that of the manufacturer's warranty, is assumed by Stonewall. This warranty constitutes Stonewall's entire liability. In no event shall Stonewall be liable for any incidental or consequential damage incurred from the use, misuse, or malfunction of any product listed in this catalog.
