Note: If both legs are to be the same length, you may skip this step. If the legs are to be different lengths, the following specifications will be used:
  • Length will be the length of the longer leg.
  • P2 will specify the connector on the longer leg.
  • P3 will specify the connector on the shorter leg.

Note: This RS-232 "Y" cable has a DB15 female connector at the Common end and breaks out as the cable exits the backshell into two legs. The length of this RS-232 straight-thru cable is measured from tip RS-232 Straight-thru "Y" Cable; DB15F / 2xDB15 to tip. For variable length legs, the price is calculated based on the longer leg. "Y" cables shorter than four feet are non-returnable.
