  1. Are you ISO certified?

    • Yes, Stonewall Cable, Inc. is ISO 9001 certified. To view our certification, please go here.

  2. Are you a distributor or OEM?

    • We are an OEM who manufactures custom length OEM equivalent cables with specialty jackets as well as a full line of industry standard cables. We also design and manufacture custom cable solutions. This includes custom wiring harnesses, fiber optic assemblies, copper cable assemblies, cabling solutions for aerospace, defense, industrial, telecom, and medical applications.

  3. Do you have order minimums?

    • No, we do not have quantity, line or purchase order minimums. Stonewall is committed to supplying high quality products to customers regardless of order size.

  4. Can I buy cables with custom lengths and quantities?

    • Yes. Custom cables are our specialty! Most of our cable assemblies are available in any length (if applicable) and can be ordered in any quantity.

  5. What credit cards do you accept?

    • Stonewall accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. There is no additional fee associated with credit card payments.

  6. I've been approved for Net terms with your company. Can I still place an order online?

    • Of course! can handle both credit card and Purchase Order transactions.

  7. Where will the order ship from?

    • We manufacture and ship from Rumney, New Hampshire.

  8. Can Stonewall ship on my UPS or FedEx Account?

    • Yes, select "My Account" on the Shipping Method section of the online checkout. There is no fee for shipping on your account.

  9. Do you ship to overseas military addresses (APO, FPO) and commercial sites internationally?

    • Yes. Stonewall ships to overseas military addresses (APO, FPO) and internationally, adhering to tariff and export regulations.

  10. Can Stonewall Cable drop ship?

    • Yes, we offer optional drop shipments directly to your customer so you can cut down on stocking levels and shipping costs. We can blind ship products using your company's own packing list. There is no additional fee.

  11. Can I review my order after it's been placed?

    • Yes. Immediately after placing the order, your order details are available via the order details link, e-mail order confirmation, and later by logging into your account.

      2. In the "My Dashboard" area, you'll see your 5 most recent orders, otherwise, click "My Orders" on the left navigation bar to access additional orders.

      You may also print and reorder previous orders.
